    骑车

    昨天阴天，再来点小阴风，真的狂冷。又找到了去年冬天下大雪那天晚上北极探险队员的感觉。在80个仰卧起坐40分钟的squash再加上25分钟的骑车回家真的没有心情做瑜伽了。8点就上床睡觉了。orz
     
    昨天作的炝红薯丝和蛋豆腐。被marco骂说碳水化合物太多。以后不吃那些就是了。反正这个地瓜也是剩的。不吃浪费了。  =。。=
     

    今天有了自己的电脑和桌子

    今天第一次做了按摩

    今天终于明白为什么victor走着上学只要5分钟但是却还要开车了。人是一种有车就不走的动物。虽然是自行车，虽然只是从JHE到Gym，我还是骑车过去的  = =|||  想了一下为什么，想不出，最后找了一个借口，这样可以少晒一下子，少变黑一点。  = =|||
     
    今天第二次一个人玩squash，发现两个人玩儿会有趣多了。没人跟我玩儿。
    T___T  不过没关系，一个人还是很好玩儿。右手累了就玩儿左手。发现我的右小脑还真不是一般的萎缩啊。  = =+
     
    最近脖子和肩膀不是很好，所以少对电脑。左边那些小可爱是学生会的活动wonderland trip的海报里的元素。很期待去wonderland玩儿。XD
